Trade questions
- Do I need to open an account?
- No. Tell us you are buying as trade on your first enquiry and we take care of the rest. Your details, drawings and pricing are saved for every order after that.
- Is there a minimum order?
- Trade pricing applies from £1,000 per order; smaller orders are still welcome at our standard prices. Most of what we make is for larger projects, and there is no upper limit: the plants are set up for volume.
- How do I pay?
- A deposit confirms each order; the balance terms depend on the order and are on the quote. For regular ordering we agree terms that suit both sides.
- Can you deliver straight to my client?
- Yes. Give us the site address and contact, and we will agree a delivery day with them or with you.
- Can deliveries go out unbranded?
- Yes. If you are supplying the work to your own customer, ask and the delivery and paperwork can go out without our name on it.
- How do volume prices work?
- Price depends on the quantity in an order and how regularly you order. Repeat work on drawings we already hold gets the best price of all, because the set-up is already done.
